• To ensure a full refund we respectfully ask that you provide a cancellation notice 24 hrs prior to your session time. We understand things come up, emergencies happen, tires go flat, life throws punches some days. In those cases we get that. We just ask that you please be sure to be proactive as possible on communication with us so that we can get you rescheduled to another time and day that suits you and your engineer best.

• Cancellations 24 hours or more before your scheduled booking: Receive a 100% refund.   

• Cancellations made less than 24hrs before your scheduled booking: Receive a %50 refund. (The 24hr window is calculated from the scheduled start time of your booking)                  

• No shows will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the service amount booked.

• We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any fraudulent booking or disputes. YOU WILL BE BANNED.

• For safety and legal reasons, NO open fire-arms allowed in the facility.

• We are a smoke free facility. Smoking must be outside. NO EXCEPTIONS.​
